Psychological support focuses on emotional wellbeing, behavioural patterns, and mental health concerns. It’s clinical in nature and may include therapy for issues like anxiety, trauma, or self-esteem alongside ADHD.
ADHD coaching is non-clinical. It’s practical, goal-oriented, and designed to help you work with your brain, not against it. Coaching can support focus, planning, motivation, and values-based decision-making. It’s particularly useful for late-diagnosed or self-identifying ADHD adults looking to build insight and momentum in everyday life.

You’re welcome to get in touch directly to book or ask questions about ADHD coaching.
If you already have a care team, I’m happy to work collaboratively and can provide updates to your GP or psychiatrist if that’s helpful for your support and continuity of care. -
Coaching is a private, fee-for-service offering and is not eligible for Medicare rebates. It’s also generally not covered by private health insurance, though it may be worth checking with your provider, as policies can vary.
If you feel your needs may be better met through psychological support for ADHD, I do accept referrals under Medicare with a current Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP or psychiatrist. See Psychological Services

Coaching sessions are 60 minutes and charged at $250.
Sessions can take place in Subiaco, online, or outdoors (by arrangement).
90-minute sessions available for deeper strategy or integration work at $375.

Yes!
Many adults with ADHD find walk and talk sessions especially helpful. Movement can support focus, reduce mental fatigue, and make it easier to engage with reflective or strategic thinking. Being outdoors and movement can reduce overstimulation for some people, creating a different environment for processing ideas, setting goals, or troubleshooting challenges. Sessions are available in select locations around Perth.
