Psychological Services

Reaching out for support is not always straightforward. You may already know what is not working, but still feel unsure about what kind of help you need or where to begin.

My role is to offer a space that is thoughtful, practical, and responsive to the realities of your life, by providing evidence-informed psychological therapies. With an approach that is collaborative and tailored rather than one-size-fits-all.

My foundational training is in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and I also draw from approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Schema Therapy, and selected DBT-informed strategies where relevant.

I work with adults seeking Individual therapy. Sessions are available in-room in Subiaco, by telehealth, and through Walk and Talk therapy for suitable presentations.

Innovative Approaches

Some clients find clarity and ease through movement. Others connect more deeply through creative process.

Alongside traditional room-based sessions, I offer Walk & Talk Therapy in carefully chosen natural settings, spaces that invite reflection and support nervous system regulation in a different way.

When words feel limited, we may also use reflective tools like journaling, mark-making, or simple visual prompts. These creative elements aren’t about being ‘artistic’  they’re about making meaning and loosening what’s emotionally stuck.

Whether we’re walking, talking, or exploring with images and ideas, the work is always tailored to you, your pace, your needs, and your way of processing.

  • Telehealth appointments are available for adults across Australia and can be a practical option when attending in person is difficult due to location, work demands, health, caring responsibilities, or personal preference.

Sessions are held securely online and follow the same general session structure.

If you are unsure whether telehealth is the right fit for you, this can be discussed when making an enquiry or at your first appointment.

Telehealth may be useful if you:

    • live outside the local area

    • prefer the privacy and convenience of attending from home

    • need more flexibility around work, travel, or caring responsibilities

    What you need:

A private space, a stable internet connection, and a phone or computer with camera and audio.

    Medicare and other funding:

Telehealth appointments may be accessed through the same referral and funding pathways as in-room sessions where applicable.

  • Eligible veterans and defence community members may access fully funded psychology sessions through DVA
Please ensure you have a valid referral from your GP or psychiatrist.

    • Couples or family counselling

    • Forensic assessments or court reports

    • Developmental or educational assessments (e.g. for autism, learning disorders, school accommodations)
