Meet Michelle

I began working in mental health in 2008. Before qualifying as a psychologist, I worked as a counsellor and therapeutic arts facilitator across hospital, community, and not-for-profit settings. This experience continues to shape a grounded and trauma-informed approach to my clinical work.

I have a particular interest in supporting veterans, first responders, and their families, shaped in part by my own family’s connection to uniformed service.

I am known for a direct and down-to-earth approach that balances pragmatism with compassion. My aim is to create a therapeutic space that is authentic, adaptable, and grounded in integrity.

For those drawn to expressive reflection outside clinical therapy, I also offer non-clinical services through my arts-based practice.

Not every session happens in a room

Because therapy isn’t one size fits all, appointments are available in-room, by telehealth, or as walk and talk (for suitable presentations).

Therapy is tailored to the person, the clinical need, and the setting that best supports the work.
