Groups & Workshops
Group sessions offer a supportive space to learn, reflect, and connect with others. They’re a chance to explore ideas, share experiences, and try new ways of thinking or responding without pressure.
Groups may focus on mental health, creativity, or personal development, and are designed to be practical, inclusive, and relevant to everyday life.

Not at all. Group sessions are designed to be accessible and welcoming. Whether it’s a creative process or a therapeutic theme, you don’t need any prior knowledge or skills to take part.
-
Some groups may have a therapeutic focus and draw from evidence-based psychological frameworks, but they are not a substitute for individual therapy. Others are more reflective or creative in nature. The focus will always be clearly explained.

Yes, many people benefit from attending both individual and group therapy at the same time.
Group sessions offer shared insight, connection, and a chance to explore themes with others, while individual therapy provides personalised support and space to go deeper into what’s coming up for you.
If you’re working with a separate individual therapist, it can be helpful for both therapists to be aware of your goals so they can support you in a coordinated way.
