Meet Michelle
Michelle Saleeba is a psychologist with a background spanning more than 20 years in the mental health field, including roles across hospital, community, NFPs and private practice settings. She works with adults (18+) experiencing mood disorders, trauma (including PTSD), stress-related presentations, and relational distress. Michelle has a particular interest in supporting veterans, first responders - an area of focus shaped in part by her own family’s connection to uniformed service.
Her work is informed by evidence-based approaches including Schema Therapy, CPT and ACT, and delivered through room-based, outdoor (Walk & Talk), or telehealth sessions.
Known for a direct, down-to-earth approach, Michelle balances pragmatism with compassion. Her focus is on creating a therapeutic space that is authentic, adaptable, and grounded in integrity - whether through conversation, movement, or creative process.
For those drawn to expressive reflection outside of clinical therapy, she also offers non-clinical services through her arts-based practice.

Not every session happens in a room.
Some unfold in a quiet consulting space. Others happen walking by the ocean or exploring creative process. Whether you’re holding old wounds, navigating a life shift, or simply ready for something more honest, therapy with me is tailored to meet you where you are emotionally and literally.
I work with adults who are thoughtful, responsible, and often tired of surface-level support. My role is to help you reconnect with what’s true, in ways that are sustainable, creative, and secure.
